We are very sorry if you encounter a case where the nurse does not show up. Please follow the below steps:
1) Please inform our Care Coordinators by calling our hotline 6717 3737
2) If you still require urgent assistance, please inform our Care Coordinators and we will do our best to assign another JagaPro to your case in the soonest possible time.
3) If you do not require urgent assistance, kindly also inform our Care Coordinators for us to take note that the nurse has not fulfilled the service. You may also let us know when you will like to have a replacement session, if required.
You will only be charged for services that have been rendered.
